TestFlight Testers for Your iOS App

TestFlight lets you share a beta build with testers before the App Store release, but it does not give you the testers. RealAppTest provides a professional tester who installs your TestFlight build on a real iPhone, tests it by hand and sends you a clear report.

What is TestFlight?

TestFlight is Apple’s official tool for distributing beta builds of your app. You upload a build from Xcode, then invite people by email or public link. Testers install it on their own iPhone and send feedback. Apple allows up to 100 internal testers (people on your App Store Connect team) and up to 10,000 external testers. Builds expire after 90 days.

The problem: TestFlight gives you a tool, not testers

Many developers upload a build and then wait. Friends and family install it, open it once and say “looks good”. The common problems are:

  • They test only the main path, the one you showed them.
  • They report “it crashed” without the screen or the steps.
  • They do not come back after the first day.
  • They are polite, not critical.

Useful testing needs someone who goes through everything and documents what happens.

How RealAppTest works with TestFlight

  1. Pick a plan and pay securely with Stripe.
  2. Invite us in TestFlight. Send the invitation to support@realapptest.com, or message us on WhatsApp.
  3. A tester installs your build on a real iPhone and tests every screen, button and function.
  4. You receive the evidence: a detailed report with screenshots and, on Pro and Max, a screen video.
  5. Upload a fixed build and we test it again (Pro: up to 5 rounds. Max: unlimited until approval).

Checklist: get your build ready for testers

  • The build is uploaded to App Store Connect and has finished processing.
  • If you use external testing, the build has passed Beta App Review.
  • Test account details are ready if your app needs a login.
  • The “What to Test” notes explain any special features or steps.
  • Any backend or server your app needs is running.
  • The build has not expired.

Why not only use friends and family?

Friends are a good first check, but they are not a testing process. A professional tester follows every path, tries unexpected inputs and writes down the exact steps. The result is feedback you can act on, not opinions.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to add my testers to App Store Connect?
No. You only send a TestFlight invitation to our email. We take it from there.

Can I use a public TestFlight link?
If you prefer, message us on WhatsApp and we will tell you what we need.

Is this the same as the Google Play 12 testers requirement?
No. Apple does not have that requirement. This service is about quality: finding bugs before App Store review.

How much does it cost?
Plans start at $10 per app.
