Terms of Service
The terms that apply when you buy an iOS app test from RealAppTest. Please read them before you place an order.
About these terms
RealAppTest (realapptest.com) is an iOS app testing service provided by 20apptester.com and operated by Remob Academy LTD ("we", "us", "our").
By placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the service.
Who can use the service
You must be at least 18 years old, or old enough to enter into a contract where you live, to place an order. If you order on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are allowed to accept these terms for that company.
The service
We test your iOS app by hand on a real iPhone. A tester goes through the screens, buttons and functions of your app and reports the bugs and problems they find.
What you receive depends on the plan you buy. It can include detailed feedback, screenshots and a screen video of your app.
Plans and prices
One test round. Full app testing, detailed feedback and 4 screenshots.
Up to 5 test rounds. Full app testing, detailed feedback, screenshots of every screen and a screen video.
Unlimited test rounds until App Store approval. Everything in Pro, plus additional support.
Prices are in US dollars. Each purchase covers one app. The plans and prices shown on realapptest.com at the time of your order are the ones that apply to it.
Payment
You pay in advance through Stripe. Stripe processes your payment on its own secure pages, and we do not receive or store your full card details.
What we need from you
- Access to your build, normally through TestFlight.
- A test account or any sign-in details needed to reach all parts of your app.
- Any instructions we need to test it properly.
We can only start once we have access to a working build. You confirm that you own the app or have permission to have it tested.
Delivery
We start testing once we have received your payment and have access to a working build. How long a test takes depends on the size and complexity of your app.
We send your report, screenshots and screen video to the email address or WhatsApp number you used to contact us. If we expect a delay, we will let you know.
Re-test rounds
A re-test round is a new test of your app after you fix the reported bugs and send us a new build.
- Starter includes one test.
- Pro includes up to 5 test rounds.
- Max includes unlimited test rounds until your app is approved on the App Store.
Re-test rounds apply to the same app you bought the plan for.
No guarantee of App Store approval
Only Apple decides whether an app is approved. We help you find bugs and broken flows before you submit, but we cannot guarantee that your app will be approved.
Testing reduces the risk of problems, but no test finds every bug. We do not promise that your app will be free of errors after our test.
Your app and confidentiality
Your app and everything in it remain yours. You give us permission to install and use it only to carry out the test.
We keep your build and test results confidential and send them only to you. The report, screenshots and screen video we deliver are yours to use.
Acceptable use
Please do not send us apps that are illegal, contain malware, or that we cannot test without breaking the law or another person's rights. We may decline or stop a test in those cases.
Refunds
- Before testing starts: you can cancel your order and receive a full refund.
- If we cannot test your app: if we are unable to carry out the test for a reason on our side, you receive a full refund.
- After delivery: once we have delivered your test report, the order is complete and the payment is non-refundable. On Pro and Max, the re-test rounds in your plan remain available to you.
To request a refund, email support@realapptest.com within 14 days of your purchase and include your order details. Approved refunds are sent back to your original payment method through Stripe. It can take 5 to 10 business days for the money to appear, depending on your bank.
Nothing in this section limits any refund rights you have under the law where you live.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost revenue, lost data or a delayed or rejected App Store submission.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law that cannot be limited.
Third-party services
The service relies on third parties such as Apple TestFlight, Stripe and WhatsApp. Your use of them is subject to their own terms. RealAppTest is not affiliated with Apple. iPhone, TestFlight and App Store are trademarks of Apple Inc.
Governing law and disputes
If you have a problem with the service, please contact us first at support@realapptest.com. We will try to resolve it with you directly.
These terms are governed by the laws of the country where Remob Academy LTD is registered, and the courts of that country have jurisdiction over any dispute. This does not affect any right you have under the law where you live to bring a claim in your own country.
General
- If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest of the terms still apply.
- If we do not enforce a part of these terms straight away, we can still enforce it later.
- These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement between you and us about the service.
- We may suspend or end the service for an order if these terms are broken.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms or our plans from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last updated. The terms in force when you place an order apply to that order.
