What information RealAppTest collects when you order an iOS app test, how we use it and the choices you have.
Who we are
RealAppTest (realapptest.com) is an iOS app testing service provided by 20apptester.com and operated by Remob Academy LTD. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean Remob Academy LTD.

Information we collect
Information you give us
- Your name, email address and, if you contact us on WhatsApp, your phone number.
- The messages you send us and the instructions you give for the test.
- Access to your app build, normally a TestFlight invitation or link, and any test account details you provide so we can sign in to your app.
Order and payment information
Payments are processed by Stripe on its own checkout pages. We receive a confirmation of your payment, the plan you bought and the contact details you entered at checkout. We do not receive or store your full card number.
Test results
While testing we create a report, screenshots and, on the Pro and Max plans, a screen video of your app. These may show whatever content appears in your app during the test.
Technical information
Like most websites, our hosting provider keeps server logs that can include your IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time of the request. The website loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser also connects to Google servers when a page loads.
How we use your information
- To test your app and deliver your report, screenshots and screen video.
- To run the re-test rounds included in your plan.
- To answer your questions and send messages about your order.
- To confirm payments and keep accounting records.
- To keep the website secure and prevent fraud or abuse.
- To meet our legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for advertising.
Legal bases for using your information
Where data protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on:
- Contract: to provide the test you ordered and deliver your results.
- Legitimate interests: to answer your messages, keep the website secure and prevent fraud.
- Legal obligation: to keep the accounting and tax records the law requires.
- Consent: where we ask for it. You can withdraw your consent at any time.
Your app and test materials
Your app, its code, design and content stay yours. We access your build only to carry out the test you ordered.
We send the report, screenshots and screen video to you only. We do not publish them or share them with anyone else, unless you ask us to or the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your order details and test results for as long as we need them to provide the service, including the re-test rounds in your plan, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. After that we delete them. You can ask us to delete your test materials earlier.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
- ask us to correct or delete it;
- object to how we use it, or ask us to restrict that use;
- complain to your local data protection authority.

International transfers
We and the services listed above may process information in countries other than your own. When we do, we rely on those providers' safeguards for protecting personal information.

Our website links to other websites, such as Stripe, WhatsApp and our other projects. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those websites. Please read their own privacy policies.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect your information and your app build. No method of sending or storing data is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
RealAppTest is a service for app developers and businesses. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our service or the law changes. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.
